Create saved services for the film, shade, vehicle area, description, price, and duration your shop chooses. PocketBoss stores what you configure; it does not supply a film catalog, determine VLT, or calculate a vehicle-specific quote automatically.
Schedule appointments, assign employees, and enable the reminder channels that fit your process. Shops can represent bays through their own naming and scheduling conventions, but PocketBoss does not optimize bay capacity or predict completion time.
Connect customer and vehicle notes, estimates, documented approval, photos, Jobs, invoices, and payments. Warranty terms or installation details can be attached as notes or files; the platform does not validate a manufacturer warranty.
Inventory records can track products, locations, quantities, and low-stock status. PocketBoss does not calculate film-roll dimensions, pattern yield, cut plans, waste, or automatic consumption from completed work.
Use an appointment and Job for a standard installation, with the selected service, duration, assigned installer, photos, invoice, and payment status.
Use multiple Visits under one Job when removal, preparation, installation, curing, or inspection happens at different times but should remain one work record.
Use a Project when commercial film work needs a budget, entered labor and expenses, change orders, multiple invoices, and a recorded profitability view.
PocketBoss is available in native iOS and Android apps and in a browser. Offline coverage varies by record and action, and syncing, payments, and third-party services can require a connection. PocketBoss does not guarantee revenue, bookings, fewer no-shows, faster payment, profit, retention, or setup time.
You can configure saved services and line items for the vehicles, film, shades, and installation areas your shop sells. PocketBoss does not decode a VIN, identify a vehicle pattern, recommend film, or calculate the quote automatically.
Inventory can record products, locations, quantities, and low-stock status. It does not model roll dimensions, calculate pattern yield or waste, or deduct material based on the vehicle or completed service automatically.
No. You may record selected film, measurements, terms, photos, and files, but legal compliance and manufacturer warranty eligibility remain the business owner’s responsibility.
Yes. Native iOS and Android apps are available, and PocketBoss also works in a browser. The apps provide offline support for supported records and actions, but coverage is not universal, so test the exact shop workflow you need.
