Do I need a credit card to start?
A credit card is required to start your free trial, but we won't charge it during the 14-day trial period. You'll only be charged if you continue after the trial ends.
Are there any fees on payments I collect?
Yes. When a customer pays you through PocketBoss, PocketBoss takes 0.5% of a card payment, or 0.25% of a bank transfer, capped at $25. It is deducted from your payout. It is never added to your customer's invoice, so your customer pays the invoice total and nothing more. Stripe charges its own processing fee on top, currently about 2.9% plus $0.30 per card transaction, also deducted from your payout. If you never collect payments through PocketBoss, you never pay either fee.
How much does AI Receptionist cost?
AI Receptionist is optional and billed separately from the core platform. The managed local number is $5/month. Calls use prepaid AI credit purchased in whole-dollar amounts from $5 to $25, plus a reload fee disclosed before checkout. New accounts see a buffered estimate of about $0.14/minute; actual usage varies by call and provider costs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything you need. After that, we securely delete your data.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to Enterprise at any time. Just contact our sales team and we'll help you transition smoothly.
