Each plan starts with a 14-day trial; a card is required but is not charged during the trial. Optional usage and payment processing have separate charges. Contact us about more than 25 users or a custom arrangement.

Yes! Customers can pay invoices online by card or ACH bank transfer through secure Stripe-powered payment links and the customer portal. You can also record cash, check, and other payments manually so everything stays tracked in one place.

PocketBoss uses TLS for data in transit and access controls designed to protect account data. No online service can promise absolute security; review the current Privacy Policy and Terms for the controls, responsibilities, and limitations that apply.

PocketBoss uses managed cloud infrastructure to provide the service. The Terms describe data ownership, availability, retention, and your responsibility to keep appropriate exports or backups for your business requirements.
