Create saved services and estimate templates for the descriptions and prices your business uses. Record dent size, panel, access, R&I, material, or other details in line items, notes, and fields. PocketBoss does not measure dents or calculate a PDR matrix automatically.
Keep customer contacts, locations, notes, estimates, appointments, Jobs, invoices, and payments together. A dealer or body shop can be represented as a customer record, but PocketBoss does not include a dedicated dealer-account or vehicle-inventory module.
Schedule Visits, assign employees, record time, and attach damage or completion photos to the relevant Job or Project. Users choose and describe the photos; the system does not detect, count, classify, or measure dents.
Build an invoice from entered line items, send it with an eligible Stripe payment link, and record online or offline payment status. Dealer batches and insurer billing still require the structure and review your business defines.
Use a Job for one customer and vehicle, with the estimate, scheduled Visit, photos, time, invoice, and payment history linked to that work.
Use a Job or Project for a dealer batch and document each vehicle in the notes, line items, photos, or files. PocketBoss does not generate a dealer batch from inventory automatically.
Use a Project when a hail engagement needs a budget, entered labor and expenses, multiple Jobs or invoices, and a recorded profitability view. It is not insurance estimating software.
PocketBoss is available in native iOS and Android apps and in a browser. Offline coverage varies by record and action, and syncing, payments, and third-party services can require a connection. PocketBoss does not guarantee revenue, bookings, fewer no-shows, faster payment, profit, retention, or setup time.
No automatic PDR pricing engine is claimed. You can configure saved services, line items, descriptions, and estimate templates around your own pricing process, then review every estimate before sending it.
You can create the dealer as a customer, schedule work, attach vehicle details and photos, and invoice the documented work. There is no dedicated dealer inventory, VIN feed, or automatic batch-invoicing module.
It can store photos, files, notes, estimates, and invoices you create. It is not insurer-approved appraisal software and does not submit claims, calculate supplements, or guarantee carrier acceptance.
