Create saved services for the packages and add-ons you sell, including the description, price, and duration your business chooses. Bookable services can appear on your PocketBoss booking page; PocketBoss does not supply detailing prices or decide service duration for you.
Keep the customer, address, contact details, appointments, estimates, invoices, notes, and photos connected. Record vehicle details in the fields and notes your process uses; PocketBoss is not a VIN decoder or dedicated vehicle-history database.
Create appointments, assign employees, use configured reminders, and schedule recurring visits for maintenance work. Smart Routing can optimize a separately selected list of up to 25 CRM or manual stops; it does not import the day automatically.
Attach before, progress, and completion photos to a Job or Project, send an estimate for documented approval, create an invoice, and offer eligible card or ACH payment through Stripe. Payment availability, approval, fees, and arrival time vary.
Use an appointment for a one-time wash or interior service. Choose the saved service and duration, assign the detailer, and enable the reminder channels that fit your policy.
Use a Job when paint correction, coating, cure checks, or follow-up work spans multiple Visits but should roll into one Job record and one invoice.
Use a Project when you need a budget, entered labor, product expenses, change orders, profitability, or multiple invoices. Results are only as complete as the costs and revenue recorded.
PocketBoss is available in native iOS and Android apps and in a browser. Offline coverage varies by record and action, and syncing, payments, and third-party services can require a connection. PocketBoss does not guarantee revenue, bookings, fewer no-shows, faster payment, profit, retention, or setup time.
You can publish configured bookable services on the PocketBoss booking page. The customer submits the available service and appointment information your setup permits. Test the exact package, duration, deposit, confirmation, and reminder flow before publishing it.
A Project can compare its budget with entered labor, expenses, subcontractor costs, and invoices. It does not infer chemical or product consumption, and the result is not reconciled accounting profit.
Yes, if the business enables review requests and supplies the destination. The workflow can ask after supported completion and payment events. PocketBoss cannot guarantee that a customer leaves a review or that the review is positive.
Yes. PocketBoss has native iOS and Android apps and also works in a browser. The apps cache and queue supported records and actions for offline use, but not every feature or third-party action works without a connection. Test the exact detailing workflow and devices your team uses.
